“For behold, IN THOSE DAYS AND AT THAT TIME, When I BRING BACK the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I WILL ALSO GATHER ALL NATIONS, And bring them down to THE VALLEY OF JEHOSHAPHAT; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.” (Jol. 3:1-3) Following a decree by the Persian King Cyrus, who was ordered to killed by his king grandfather, the kings guard found a shepherd family who had lost their baby and exchanged them according to this prophecy made many years before Cyrus was born, “I will raise up Cyrus to fulfill my righteous purpose, and I will guide his actions. He will restore my city and free my captive people—without seeking a reward! I, the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, have spoken!” (Isaiah 45:13)
King Cyrus was the conqueror of the Babylonian empire (538 BCE), some 50,000 Jews set out for the first return to Israel, then in 70 AD Titus destroyed Jerusalem and scattered Israel all over the world. Then on May 14th,1948 in Tel Aviv, Jewish Agency Chairman David Ben-Gurion proclaims the State of Israel, establishing the first Jewish state in 2,000 years…At midnight, the State of Israel officially came, for the second time, into being upon termination of the British mandate in Palestine. On that same date, the United States, in the person of President Truman, recognized the provisional Jewish government.
“I WILL GATHER THE REMNANT of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them” (Jer. 23:3). “I will settle a large population on you, the whole House of Israel; the towns shall be resettled, and the ruined sites rebuilt. I will multiply men and beasts upon you, and they shall increase and be fertile, and I will resettle you as you were formerly, and will make you more prosperous than you were at first. And you shall know that I am the Lord. I WILL LEAD… MY PEOPLE ISRAEL TO YOU (for the second time), and they shall possess you. You shall be their heritage, and you shall not again cause them to be in mourning. (Ezek. 36:8-12) Two organized campaigns, in 1984 and 1991, brought almost all the Jews of Ethiopia to Israel. Over the last decade, some one million newcomers from the former Soviet Union have arrived in Israel – the largest wave of immigration the country has ever seen. Many thousands continue to arrive each year from all over the world, predominantly from the Americas and Europe. Today, the population stands at over 6.4 million, of which some 78 percent is Jewish.
Jesus said, “So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—AT THE DOORS! Assuredly, I say to you, THIS GENERATION WILL BY NO MEANS PASS AWAY TILL ALL THESE THINGS TAKE PLACE.” (Matt. 24:33-34)
The generation that sees the 1948 restoration of Israel will not die until ALL THINGS take place. INCLUDING THE TRIBULATION. ALL TRUE BORN AGAIN BELIEVERS WILL BE GONE BEFORE THE TRIBULATION 7 YEAR PERIOD BEGINS…
I keep repeating this because in our day and age it’s a little harder to see and hear what is really going on…
