Don’t doubt me Kim, I would never lie to you,
GOD CARES ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND WANTS TO BE PART OF IT. Even if you have spent part of your life running from God or done things you regret, He still loves you and WANTS TO HAVE AN INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU.
Numbers 23:19 – “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent; has He said, and WILL HE NOT DO IT? Or has He spoken, and WILL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD?”
Matthew 6:26-27 – “Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. ARE YOU NOT WORTH MUCH MORE THAN THEY? And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?”
It can be easy to trust God when things are going well. But when life isn’t going how we planned, we can often feel as if God has FORGOTTEN US or that He’s no longer working in our lives. But that couldn’t be further from the truth! This world is broken and full of hardship, and we’re guaranteed to endure heartache. But GOD IS RIGHT THERE WITH US IN THE MIDST OF OUR PAIN – standing by us, supporting us, LOVING US.
