Have you ever tried to hide from God for some reason AMY? Maybe you’ve been doing things that you’re not proud of or maybe you have treated someone unfairly, so you try to avoid God. “I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night— but even in darkness I CANNOT HIDE from you Lord. To you the night shines as BRIGHT AS DAY. Darkness and light are the same to you.” (Psa. 139:11-12)
There is no way to hide anything from God AMY, He knows everything about everything there is to know. “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes, and He is the one to whom we are accountable.” (Heb. 4:13) We need to be aware that nothing can ever be concealed from God, it’s not that God is out to get us but it’s just His nature, you see God is OMNISCIENT. God is all-knowing. This means God knows everything, including the past and future. There is nothing God is unaware of. We must submit to God’s omniscience because nothing can ever be hidden from God. Fortunately, “…God is love.” (1 John 4:8) so He loves us into submission to Him AMY, which causes us willingly do what pleases God.
