“…Jesus is also able to SAVE TO THE UTTERMOST those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” (Heb. 7:25) Jesus did not come to bring about part of our salvation and leave what remains to us… Whatever belongs to our ENTIRE, COMPLETE SALVATION, He was able to provide it, from its beginning at our regeneration and will continue to provide it to its conclusion in our glorification. “I have revealed Your name to the men whom You have given Me…and THEY HAVE KEPT YOUR WORD…For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and THEY HAVE RECEIVED them…and THEY HAVE BELIEVED that You sent Me…I do not pray for these alone, but also for those WHO WILL BELIEVE IN ME THROUGH THEIR WORD; that they ALL MAY BE ONE, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be ONE IN US…” (John 17:6-8, 20-21)
Then Jesus finished His wonderful prayer to the Father like this…“I in them, and You in Me; that THEY MAY BE MADE PERFECT IN ONE, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” (John 17:23)
I IN THEM, AND YOU IN ME; THAT THEY MAY BE MADE PERFECT IN ONE…
