- He who watches over you never slumbers or sleeps: God CONTINUOUSLY watches over us.
- The LORD Himself watches over you: It’s not one of His angels, it is the Lord.
- The LORD stands beside you as your protective shade: He shades or shields us from unrighteousness.
- The LORD keeps you from all harm and watches over your life: He protects us and see’s us through.
- The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever: Not just today but forever.
