OUR AWESOME GOD IS JUST AMAZING…

David as inspired by the Lord says, I will honor you, MY GOD MY KING. I will praise your name FOR EVER AND EVER. GREAT IS THE LORD and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom. One generation praises your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts. They speak of the GLORIOUS SPLENDOR OF YOUR MAJESTY— and I will meditate on your wonderful works. Parents will praise your works to their children. They will talk about your mighty acts. They will speak about your glorious majesty. I will spend time THINKING ABOUT YOUR MIRACLES. Many will speak about the powerful and wonderful things you do. I will talk about the great things you have done. They will celebrate your great goodness. They will sing with joy about your holy acts. THE LORD IS GRACIOUS (channûn: compassionate, inclined towards). He is kind and tender. He is slow to get angry. He is full of love. THE LORD IS GOOD TO ALL. He shows deep concern for everything He has made. (Psalms 145:1-9)

How do we know the Lord is GOOD TO ALL? Because He loved us so much that “…He gave His only begotten (monogenēs: only one of its kind) Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him MIGHT BE SAVED.(John 3:16-17) Dear friends, LET US LOVE ONE ANOTHER, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. WHOEVER DOES NOT LOVE DOES NOT KNOW GOD, because GOD IS LOVE. This is how God showed His love among us: HE SENT HIS ONE AND ONLY SON into the world that we might LIVE THROUGH HIM. This is love: not that we loved God, but that HE LOVED US AND SENT HIS SON AS AN ATONING (hilasmos: an offering to appease one who is offended) SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought (opheileō: to be under obligation) to love one another.(1 John 4:7-11)
