[Has Satan convinced us that we cannot hear the voice of the Lord?]
“For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed…But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, FOR THEY HEAR.” (Matt. 13:15-16)
[When we pray that is half of the communication process, when we hear the voice of the Lord THAT IS THE OTHER HALF! Communication is: the exchange of information between people, by means of speaking, writing, or using some common system.]
“My sheep LISTEN TO MY VOICE; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; NO ONE WILL SNATCH THEM OUT OF MY HAND. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE.” (John 10:27-30)
[We must take back what Satan has taken from us!]
“The thief cometh not, but for TO STEAL, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might HAVE LIFE, and that they might have it MORE ABUNDANTLY (to the full, till it overflows).” (John 10:10)
[Eight times Jesus says:]
“He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.”
[Seven times He says:]
“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;”
[Let us agree in prayer to be still and know that our Abba Father wants us to clearly and distinctly hear His voice so we will know what His is doing in our lives, what He wants us to do and how He wants us to do it. We see example after example in the Old and New Testaments of the Lord speaking specific instructions to His people. They did not seem to be surprised to hear from the Lord because it is natural to have communication in an intimate relationship! Oh, Lord heal our “ears” THAT WE WILL NOT BE DULL OF HEARING.]
DEAR, LORD! I WANT TO HEAR YOU!!!
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that:
BLESSED ARE OUR EYES, FOR THEY SEE: AND OUR EARS, FOR THEY HEAR!
