Jesus said, “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL LIVE BY EVERY WORD OF GOD.‘” (Luke 4:4) Why do you think Jesus said this? Because, “Every word of God IS 1FLAWLESS…” (Pro. 30:5) 1tsâraph: pure, refined, proven true. Jesus said, “The words that I speak to you are SPIRIT, and they are LIFE.” (John 6:63) Timothy stated by divine inspiration, “… the Holy Scriptures, make you WISE FOR SALVATION THROUGH FAITH which is in Christ Jesus. ALL SCRIPTURE (every Word of God) is given by inspiration of God, and is PROFITABLE for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED (through in and throughout) for every good work.” (2 Tim. 3:15-17)
Jesus in His prayer to the Father said, “…this is eternal life, that they (my disciples) may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent…Sanctify them by Your truth. YOUR WORD IS TRUTH.” (John 17:3, 17) David, who loved the Word of God, said, “The WORDS OF THE LORD ARE PURE words, Like silver…in a furnace purified seven times.” (Psa. 12:6) Peter, who finally “sold out to Christ” said, “…knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy NEVER CAME by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke AS THEY WERE MOVED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.” (2 Pet. 1:20-21)
Another wonderful verse, “…the WORD OF GOD is LIVING and POWERFUL, and SHARPER than any two-edged sword, PIERCING even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a 2DISCERNER of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are NAKED and OPEN to the eyes of Him to whom WE MUST GIVE ACCOUNT“. (Heb. 4:12-13) 2kritikos: means to judge, to make sense of, to recognize and comprehend. So ,what MUST we do with this WONDERFUL WORD? “With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not WANDER FROM YOUR COMMANDMENTS! YOUR WORD I have HIDDEN IN MY HEART,
THAT I MIGHT NOT SIN AGAINST YOU…(Psa. 119:10-11)
