“…the LORD is in His holy Temple; the LORD STILL RULES FROM HEAVEN. HE WATCHES EVERYONE CLOSELY, EXAMINING (bāḥan: inspect closely and thoroughly) EVERY PERSON ON EARTH.” (Psa. 11:4)
We do not know where this “third” heaven is, where THE LORDS HOLY TEMPLE RESIDES. I suspect it is in another dimension and very near to us, BECAUSE:
- THE LORD STILL RULES OVER ALL CREATION. “God, has spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds; and is UPHOLDING ALL THINGS by the word of His power…” (Heb. 1:1-3)
- HE WATCHES EVERYONE VERY CLOSELY. “I am with you and will WATCH OVER YOU wherever you go…I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” (Gen. 28:15) “The LORD KEEPS WATCH over you as you come and go, both now and forever.” (Psa. 121:8)
- HE IS EXAMINES EVERY PERSON ON EARTH. The Lord checks to see if we have any needs. “See what great love the Father has lavished (didōmi: to give over) on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!” (1 John 3:1) “…do not fear, for I am with you; do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will STRENGTHEN YOU AND HELP YOU; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isa. 41:10)
“…as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “ABBA (daddy) FATHER.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—HEIRS OF GOD AND JOINT HEIRS WITH CHRIST…” (Rom. 8:14-17)
