“I will sing to the LORD ALL MY LIFE; I will sing praise to my God AS LONG AS I LIVE. May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the LORD.” (Psa. 104:33-34) [Let us sing unto the Lord, our God, let us praise him as Yahweh Elohim, our Creator, and our God, a God in covenant with us, and not now only, but as long as we live, and while we have our being! Abba Father please let the words of our mouth and the meditations of our heart be acceptable to you!] “Glory in his holy name; LET THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO SEEK THE LORD REJOICE. Look to the LORD and his strength; SEEK HIS FACE ALWAYS.” (Psa. 105:3-4) [‘Seek’ comes from the word baw-kash’: A primitive root; to search out (by any method; specifically, in worship or prayer). Therefore, we want to ‘seek’ His face because that is how we become better acquainted with our Abba Father!] “Hear, O LORD, when I cry aloud; be gracious to me and answer me! You have said, “Seek my face.” My heart says to you, “YOUR FACE, LORD, DO I SEEK.” (Psa. 27:7-8) [The true nature of spiritual worship; is seeking the face of God. This is in God’s training of us: SEEK YOU MY FACE; he would have us seek Him for Himself, and make seeking his favour our foremost pursuit; and this is what our purpose and desire should be: “Thy face, Lord, will I seek, knowing that nothing could be more important! Not unlike the first time your child looks into your eyes and you KNOW they recognize you!] “Grace and peace be yours in abundance THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE of God and of Jesus our Lord.” (2 Peter 1:2) [‘Knowledge’ comes from the word epignōsis which implies a ‘mark’ of intimacy or fully knowing someone; our ‘mark’ of intimacy is multiplied grace and peace!] “His divine power has given us EVERYTHING WE NEED FOR A GODLY LIFE through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.” (2 Peter 1:3) [The source of all spiritual blessings is the divine power of Jesus Christ our Lord, who could not (in our minds) fulfill all the office of our Mediator, unless HE WAS GOD AS WELL AS MAN.] “But you, dear friends, by BUILDING YOURSELVES UP in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, KEEP YOURSELVES IN GOD’S LOVE as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.” (Jude 1:20-21)
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that:
HIS DIVINE POWER HAS GIVEN US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO LIVE A GODLY LIFE!
