“Then you will CALL ON ME and come and PRAY TO ME, and I WILL LISTEN TO YOU. You will seek me and find me when you SEEK ME WITH ALL YOUR HEART.” (Jeremiah 29:12-13) King Hezekiah became ill to the point of death. Isaiah came to him saying, “This is what the LORD says: Get your house in order, you are going to die;” Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and sought the Lord praying, “Remember, LORD, how I have walked before you faithfully and wholeheartedly and have done what is good in your eyes.” then Hezekiah wept bitterly. Before Isaiah left, the LORD spoke to him: “Go back and tell Hezekiah, “I have heard your prayer with tears; I WILL HEAL YOU. I will add fifteen years to your life…” (2 Kings 20:1-6)
“…without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him MUST BELIEVE that He exists and that HE REWARDS those who EARNESTLY SEEK HIM.” (Hebrews 11:6) Ok, If I believe and I ask, what’s next? “…You do not have because…YOU DO NOT ASK GOD…” (James 4:2)
THEREFORE, WE MUST BELIEVE AND ASK GOD…
