“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. “But of that day and hour NO ONE KNOWS, not even the angels of heaven, but MY FATHER ONLY.” (Matthew 24:35-36)
If anyone tells you THEY KNOW when the “Catching up” the “Rapture” in going to happen, do like Joseph, “Potiphar’s wife grabbed hold of him by his coat. “Make love to me!” she said. But HE LEFT HIS COAT in her hand. And he RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE.” (Genesis 39:12-13) NO ONE knows.
What do we know about the “LAST” of the LAST DAYS? “…you, are not in darkness, so that this Day should OVERTAKE YOU as a thief. You are all SONS OF LIGHT and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.” (1 Thess. 5:4-5) “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP (harpazō: to snatch away) together with them in the clouds TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR. And thus, we shall ALWAYS BE WITH THE LORD.” (1 Thess. 4:16-17)
We do not know the day or the hour, but we do know this, “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see ALL THESE THINGS, know that it is near—at the doors! Assuredly, I say to you, THIS GENERATION will by no means pass away till ALL THESE THINGS (all the Matthew 24 things) TAKE PLACE.” (Matthew 24:32-34) How long is a generation, Moses says, “The days of our lives are SEVENTY years; And if by reason of strength they are EIGHTY years, yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and WE FLY AWAY.” (Psalms 90:10)
