Why are all these countries around Israel AGAINST THEM? “Hamas” is an acronym for Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya (Arabic for “Islamic Resistance Movement”). Iran helped fund and train this group, which took the name Hezbollah, meaning “Party of God.” Its 1985 manifesto calls for THE DESTRUCTION OF ISRAEL and swears allegiance to Iran. By the 2000s, Iran became a major enemy of Israel, and Iranian leaders have consistently denied Israel’s right to exist. The Palestinian Authority officially supports terrorism against Israelis. It regularly pays stipends to terrorists and the families of so-called “martyrs”—terrorists who died while slaughtering innocent Israelis. Antisemitism has a long history in the West. In the past few years, and especially since October 7, antisemitism has grown more overt and vicious, unlike anything seen since the 1930s. Syria has been another opponent of Israel in all her past wars and remains an enemy of Israel to this day. Some speculate that Turkey will soon emerge as the leader of a revised Islamic empire. What we can say with certainty is that Turkey poses a growing threat to Israel as they move closer toward Muslim domination and Sharia law. The growing instability in Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, the looming threat from Iran’s nuclear weapons program, and the recent Hamas/Fatah reconciliation have created the greatest threat to Israel’s continued existence they have faced since the Yom Kippur War of 1973.
“Listen, O heavens! Pay attention, earth! This is what the LORD SAYS: “The children I raised and cared for have rebelled against me. My people DON’T RECOGNIZE My care for them.” OH, WHAT A SINFUL NATION THEY ARE—loaded down with a burden of guilt. They are evil people, corrupt children WHO HAVE REJECTED THE LORD. They have despised the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on HIM. Why do you continue to invite punishment? Must you rebel forever? Your head is injured, and your heart is sick. You are battered from head to foot—covered with bruises, welts, and infected wounds—without any soothing ointments or bandages.” (Isaiah 1:2-6)
This is why Israel has so many enemies…But God made a promise to Abraham that He would look out for Israel, SO HE IS DOING THAT.
