Debbie just told me about your new “challenge.” I have known you for several years and one thing I know for certain about you is that you love and trust the Lord!❤️ That is just what the devil would love to change, he hates it when he sees a dedicated and sincere Christian and will do his best to put AN END to that dedication and loyalty to God. Job said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him. Even so, I will defend my own ways before Him.” (Job 13:15)
The faith of Job is seen in the fact that even if God’s plan results in serious problems for Job, he will continue to TRUST IN GOD. Nothing can shake the faith of someone so grounded in the goodness and glory of God. We may not understand why some trial is happening and why, but we do know that GOD IS GOOD, LOVING, AND ALWAYS TRUSTWORTHY.
Lord, I humbly ask You to turn this sickness in Kathy into a viable strength, suffering into compassion, sorrow into joy, and pain into comfort. Let Kathy be FILLED WITH PATIENCE AND JOY in Your presence as she waits for Your healing touch. Please restore Kathy to full health, Lord.
