Let’s see how GOD feels about SIN and sinners, “When I say to the wicked, ‘YOU SHALL SURELY DIE,’ and you GIVE HIM NO WARNING, to save his life, that same wicked man SHALL DIE in his iniquity; but HIS BLOOD I WILL REQUIRE AT YOUR HAND. Yet, IF YOU WARN the wicked, and HE DOES NOT TURN from his wickedness, HE SHALL DIE IN HIS INIQUITY; but YOU HAVE DELIVERED YOUR SOUL. “Again, when A RIGHTEOUS MAN TURNS FROM HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS and commits iniquity, HE SHALL DIE; and his righteousness which he has done SHALL NOT BE REMEMBERED; but his blood I will require at your hand.” (Ezekiel 3:18-20) Because you did not warn him.
When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, YOU SHALL SURELY DIE!’ and you DO NOT SPEAK TO WARN THE WICKED from his way, that wicked man SHALL DIE in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand…Say to them: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord GOD, ‘I have NO PLEASURE IN THE DEATH OF THE WICKED, but that the wicked TURN (repent) FROM HIS WAY and live. TURN, TURN FROM YOUR EVIL WAYS! For why should you die?’ (Ezekiel 33:8, 11)
WHY WILL THAT WICKED MAN DIE? BECAUSE “…the wages of sin is DEATH (thanatos: eternal separation from God)” (Romans 6:23) “When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin BROUGHT DEATH, SO DEATH SPREAD TO EVERYONE, for EVERYONE SINNED.” (Romans 5:12)
WHAT DO WE DO? “REPENT (metanoeō: to change one’s mind about sinning), then, and TURN TO GOD, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord…” (Acts 3:19) “…TURN FROM YOUR SINS. Don’t let them destroy you!” (Ezekiel 18:30)
TELL GOD YOU ARE SORRY FOR YOUR SINS AND ASK HIM TO FORGIVE YOU!
