“Now the future generation, your sons who rise up after you and THE FOREIGNER (stranger) WHO COMES FROM A DISTANT LAND (USA), WHEN THEY SEE THE PLAGUES OF THAT LAND AND THE DISEASES WITH WHICH THE LORD HAS AFFLICTED IT, WILL SAY, ‘ALL ITS LAND IS BRIMSTONE AND SALT, BURNED DEBRIS, UNSOWN AND UNPRODUCTIVE, AND NO GRASS GROWS ON IT…” (Deuteronomy 29:22-23)
Samuel L. Clemens was that “Foreigner.” He became Mark Twain at age 27. The name “Samuel” means “NAME OF GOD.” In 1867 Mark twain who was a natural skeptic, WAS NOT TAKEN IN BY THE SPLENDOR OF THE HOLY LAND. He wrote irreverently about the country’s legendary sites. He visited Israel and reported this, “Renowned Jerusalem itself, the stateliest name in history, has LOST ALL ITS ANCIENT GRANDEUR, and is become a pauper village; the riches of Solomon are no longer there to compel the admiration of visiting Oriental queens; the wonderful temple, which was the pride and the glory of Israel, is gone… PALESTINE IS DESOLATE AND UNLOVELY. He mentioned all the dusty land and LACK OF WATER and no GRASS GROWING in the land.”
Around May 14th, 1948, God turned the 8 water springs back on, Israel NOW exports $2.2 billion annually in water related TechKnowledge and know-how.

- Optical, technical, medical apparatus: $7.4 billion
- Machinery including computers: $5.1 billion
- Plastics, plastic articles: $3.2 billion
- Other chemical goods: $2.9 billion
- Pharmaceuticals: $2.45 billion
- Aircraft, spacecraft: $2.43 billion
- Mineral fuels including oil: $2.4 billion
- Fertilizers: $1.5 billion
Unfortunately, now Israel has great political unrest, millions of protesters are in the streets. There is a desperate need for peace in this nation. The Jewish people do not accept Jesus as their Messiah so what an opportune time for the “man of peace” to come in and take over the government in this hurting nation. The anti-christ is waiting for this opportunity to enter into a 7-year peace covenant with them and they are looking for their messiah (I used lower case because he will not be deity, pray for ISRAEL! “Then IF my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14) This prayer will not be prayed until Israel realizes that they have been deceived halfway through the tribulation!
