Dear Lord, thank you for delivering my Pastor safely through his knee replacement surgery. As he lays waiting and trying to be patient for healing to come, please watch over him. βThe Lord will cover you with His feathers. He will shelter you with His wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.β (Psalms 91:4)
Father, I ask that you give him relief from this pain. I ask that you give him the knowledge that he needs to be still in the right way when he needs to be still you know God says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The LORD Almighty is with you; the God of Jacob is your fortress (misgab: lofty stronghold).β (Psalms 46:10-11), and to move in the right way when he needs to move. Lord, help him understand the ques his body is giving him so that he does not push himself in the wrong direction.
