Jesus is confronting the Pharisees. “If you were Abraham’s children, then you would do what Abraham did. You are doing the works of YOUR OWN FATHER.” “We are not illegitimate children,” they protested. “The only Father we have is God himself.” Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, YOU WOULD LOVE ME (they were saying they wanted to stone Him), I have not come on my own; GOD SENT ME…you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to YOUR FATHER, THE DEVIL, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, THERE IS NO TRUTH IN HIM. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for HE IS A LIAR AND THE FATHER OF LIES.” (John 8:39-44)
Jesus went on to say, “Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? WhoeveELONG TO GOD.” (John 8:45-47) The Jews never did accept that Jesus was the Son of God in the flesh and they still do not believe it in 2022, WHEN WILL THEY BELIEVE IT? “The people of the ruler belongs to God HEARS WHAT GOD SAYS. The reason you do not hear is that YOU DO NOT Br (the anti-christ) who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood…He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘week (the last 7 years).’ In the middle of the ‘week‘ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation (setting an image of himself in the temple as if he were god), war will rage right up to the end, desolation will be the order of the day.” (Daniel 9:26-27) This is when the Jews flee, realizing they have been deceived and then ACCEPT JESUS AS THE MESSIAH, “The woman (Israel) fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days. (the last 31/2 years)” (Revelation 12:6)
