“…the WORD became flesh and DWELT (lived) AMONG US, and we BEHELD HIS GLORY, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)
THE WORD BECAME FLESH WILL: “IN THE BEGINNING was the WORD, and the WORD was with God, and the WORD was God.” (John 1:1) Just what exactly does this mean? The form Jesus had before He was made flesh was as the WORD of God! You know, GOD SPOKE and out of His mouth came the WORD of God, that was HIS FORM! That is who He was. “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True…He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The WORD OF GOD.” (Rev. 19:11-13) “Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For BY HIM ALL THINGS WERE CREATED that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and BY HIM all things consist.” (Col. 1:15-17)
So, how do we see this scripture now that we understand WHO THE WORD IS? “I have hidden your WORD in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” (Psa. 119:11) “You will seek me and FIND ME, when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jer. 29:13)
