Isaiah prophesied, “Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath; the heavens will VANISH LIKE SMOKE, the earth will WEAR OUT like a garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last forever, my righteousness will never fail.” (Isa. 51:6) Isaiah said this about 700 years before Jesus came to earth. Then Jesus said, “Heaven and earth will PASS AWAY, but my words will NEVER PASS AWAY.” (Matt. 24:35) John saw this, “I saw “a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH,” for the first heaven and the first earth had PASSED AWAY, and there was no longer any sea.” (Rev. 21:1)
Every Word of God IS TRUE! AMANDA Jesus said, “…I am the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6) That is why Jesus said, “Do not let your hearts BE TROUBLED (tarassō: take away calmness). You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” (John 14:1-3) What is this place going to be like? “Now I saw a NEW heaven and a NEW earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, COMING DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN FROM GOD, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE (God) WILL DWELL (live) WITH THEM, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be NO MORE PAIN, for the former things have passed away.” (Rev. 21:1-4)
