Elisha was in a certain place with his servant, “And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! WHAT SHALL WE DO?” (2 Kings 6:15)
This army was from the king of Syria and he discovered that Elisha knew of his plans to invade certain areas and warned the king of Israel before the king of Syria even told his men.
