“The king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, SHIPHRAH and PUAH; and he said, “When you do the duties of a midwife, if it is a son, YOU SHALL KILL HIM; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.” But the midwives FEARED GOD, and DID NOT DO as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive.” (Exo. 1:15-17) As of 2019 JUSTIN– New York abortion law now allows for abortions all the way to FULL–TERM! There are nearly 1,000,000 abortions per year on average (and that’s just ones reported!) A child’s heart beats at 21 DAYS. It is audible at 8-10 weeks of pregnancy.
Consider God’s point of view JUSTIN, “You Lord, made ALL the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You WATCHED ME as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You SAW ME BEFORE I WAS BORN. Every day of my life was RECORDED in your book. Every MOMENT was laid out before a single day had passed.” (Psa. 139:13-16) We are not predestined by God but He has a perfect plan for each one of us and we can choose to follow it or not.
Shiphrah and Puah were there to assure Moses was spared, they did not have an inheritance JUSTIN. God gave them a heritage; He established for them a lasting legacy. By God giving them families and having Moses write down in scripture their acts of faithfulness, their names have been recorded and remembered through the ages.
That is how our heavenly Father looks out for each one of us.
