“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a LIVING HOPE through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance INCORRUPTIBLE AND UNDEFILED and that DOES NOT FADE AWAY, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” (1 Peter 1:3-5)
There are so many people going through very difficult times in their lives, one thing they have in common is that they’re grasping for something to give them hope. Hope that things will get better. Hope for healing. Hope that God will be with them while they’re going through these hectic times. Well, read this, “Now may the God of hope FILL YOU with all JOY AND PEACE in believing, that you may abound (be plentiful) in hope by the POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.” (Romans 15:13) Look at this promise of hope, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again TO A LIVING HOPE through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance INCORRUPTIBLE AND UNDEFILED and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this YOU GREATLY REJOICE, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more PRECIOUS THAN GOLD that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ…” (1 Pet. 1:3-7)
WITH ALL MY HEART I WAIT FOR THE LORD TO HELP ME. I PUT MY HOPE IN HIS WORD…(Psalms 130:5)
