“Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who ACTUALLY DO THE WILL OF MY FATHER in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I NEVER KNEW YOU.” (Matt. 7:21-23) Can miracles be done without God’s help Amanda? “…the man of lawlessness will be revealed…This man will come to do the work of Satan with COUNTERFEIT POWER and SIGNS and MIRACLES.” (2 Thess. 2:8-9) Moses experienced this when God was using him to perform miracles to free the Israeli slaves, “Then Pharaoh called in his own wise men and sorcerers, and these Egyptian magicians DID THE SAME THING WITH THEIR MAGIC.” (Exo. 7:11)
How do we know who is doing this for God and who is not Amanda? Jesus said, “Only those who actually DO THE WILL of MY FATHER…” Now we find the will of the Father in the WORD OF GOD which is alive and full of life and is indeed the “breath of God” when we read the word, God is breathing it into us!!!!
