Today is the 929th devotion and as I was praying for her, God reminded me that as these devotions are being read, it is the “BREATH” of God. “All Scripture is GOD–BREATHED…” (2 Tim. 3:16). As we read the Word, God is BREATHING His Word INTO our spirits, that is what changes us into what He wants us to become. Not only that but, “…the word of God is LIVING and POWERFUL…” (Heb. 4:12)
So remember, when we open our bibles and read, what we are reading is NOT just words. It is alive, living and it is full of power because it is the breath of God. You know when God breathed out, “let there be light” immediately there was light!!! So, as we read, God’s word is making changes in our lives, that why the devil tries to keep us away from the Word…
