Some people were teaching that God only cared about what was going on in His realm of heaven and not about the earth. But we must know that God is just as near and just as much God, in one place as in another; which is a very great truth; and a very comfortable one to the people of God, to whom HE IS NEAR IN ALL PLACES, AND AT ALL TIMES;
