LET’S GO FOR A WALK…

After he begot Methuselah, at the age of 65, Enoch WALKED WITH GOD THREE HUNDRED YEARSAnd Enoch walked with God; and HE WAS NOT, FOR GOD 1TOOK HIM.(Gen. 5:22-24)  1lâqach: to take up.

In the book of Hebrews, the Hall of Faith, it says, By faith Enoch was TAKEN AWAY so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because GOD HAD TAKEN HIM“; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that HE PLEASED GOD. (Heb. 11:5)

How can we walk with God? Can two walk together, unless they are 1agreed?(Amos 3:3) 1ya`ad: to meet by appointment. That is why Jesus says, “…WHEN YOU PRAY we have an APPOINTMENT to meet together, daily, with God and pray;

  • ENTER INTO YOUR ROOM: our place where we can be alone with God.
  • SHUT YOUR DOOR: so we are not interrupted.
  • PRAY TO YOUR FATHER IN SECRET: it’s just you and me God.
  • YOUR FATHER WHO SEES IN SECRET SHALL REWARD YOU OPENLY. (Matt. 6:6) We achieve a personal intimacy with God and in that intimacy, present to Him our requests.
