Why am I sharing from Revelation? “BLESSED is the one who reads, and BLESSED are THOSE WHO HEAR and take it to heart…” (Rev. 1:3)
“A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. SHE WAS PREGNANT AND…WAS ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH. Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon (the devil)…The dragon stood…so that it might devour her child the moment he was born. SHE GAVE BIRTH TO A SON, WHO “WILL RULE ALL THE NATIONS WITH AN IRON SCEPTER.” And her child was snatched up to God…The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 (31/2 years) days.” (Rev. 12:1-6) Out of Israel, Mary gave birth to Jesus, who came as the Light Of The World. The Word Of God, God The Son, and our salvation…The devil tried to tempt Him but could not! Jesus gave Himself for us and took our sins to the cross. The Revelation of Jesus Christ teaches us that the devil will act through the beast to seal a covenant with Israel for the final seven years (a “week” of years). The beast will break that covenant in the midst of the “week” and God will lead Israel to a place of safety for the last 31/2 years. We will be watching as the Lord brings Israel to be with us and with “…such a great cloud of witnesses…” (Heb. 12:1)
