“The whole Law and the Prophets depend on these two commandments...LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD with ALL your heart and with ALL your soul. HOW CAN THIS BE…
- When I say: “I know God,” but I do not do what He commands, I am a liar.”
- When I: “…claim to be in the light but I hate a brother or sister I am still in the darkness.”
- When I am told: “…do not love the world or anything in the world. If I love the things of the world, more than God, the love for the Father is not in me.”
- When I: “…do not do what is right I am not God’s child, neither am I if I do not love my brother and sister.”
- I know: “…that I have passed from death to life, because I love my fellow man. Anyone who does not love remains in death.”
- I know that: “If I have material possessions and see a brother or sister in need but I have no pity on them, how can the love of God be in me?”
- I know that we must: “…not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
- When I: “…do not love I do not know God, because God is love.”
