“Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.” ― Brad Meltzer
“God is our refuge and strength, A VERY PRESENT HELP IN TROUBLE. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah” (Psalms 46:1-3)
On Friday September 20th I went in for a routine outpatient procedure. Scheduled to go home about 6:00 PM that evening. The doctors came into my room and informed me that they were going to keep me overnight because of high kidney numbers. The next day they ordered more blood labs and came back to inform be that I was in kidney failure, my Creatinine level was 3.0. So my wife, our children and family members began to pray. This went on for a few more days then last night (the 25th) I got to spend at home. This all happened because “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I WILL FEAR NO EVIL; FOR YOU ARE WITH ME; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.” (Psa. 23:1-6)
