09-02-19 FaithLine OBEDIENCE IS LOVE IN ACTION…

My dear brothers and sisters, of FaithLine: All through the book of Job, statements were made by Job’s “friends” that his problems were a result of Job’s sins. Job declared that he was not being punished because of sin, so, in the last four chapters, the Lord spoke to Job, After the LORD had said these things to Job, He said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “I am angry with you and your two friends, because YOU HAVE NOT SPOKEN THE TRUTH ABOUT ME, AS MY SERVANT JOB HAS.  So nowgo to my servant Job and sacrifice a burnt offering for yourselves. My servant Job will pray for you, and I WILL ACCEPT HIS PRAYER and not deal with you according to your folly. (Job 42:7, 8)

The LORD blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former partthe LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had beforeAnd he also had seven sons and three daughtersNowhere in all the land were there found women AS BEAUTIFUL AS JOB’S DAUGHTERS…” (Job 42:12-13, 15) When we live obedient lives, those who know and love us will sense the peace and joy He has given us. Instead of conflict, there will be contentment—and that is just one part of experiencing God’s goodness.

JESUS SAID, “IF YOU LOVE ME, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS.(John 14:15)

FaithLine, the bible says:  “The LORD blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former part…”
