What a great chorus to sing any time of year! “Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the LORD is God. It is HE WHO MADE US, and we are his; WE ARE HIS PEOPLE, the sheep of his pasture. ENTER HIS GATES WITH THANKSGIVING AND HIS COURTS WITH PRAISE; GIVE THANKS TO HIM and praise his name. For the LORD is good and HIS LOVE ENDURES FOREVER; his faithfulness continues through all generations.” (Psa. 100:1-5) What a great Psalm to read! We are so blessed to be free to worship the Lord and freely serve Him! “SERVE THE LORD WITH GLADNESS…!” (Psalms 100:2) No matter what you may be facing WILL you can lift your hands and worship the Lord your God and know HE IS WITH YOU ALL THE WAY!“With my whole heart I SEEK YOU; let me not wander from your commandments!” (Psa. 119:10) It must be your desire to continuously “seek” your Abba Father for an intimate relationship with Him, for it is with Him that YOU WILL SPEND YOUR ETERNITY!“Make me understand the way of your precepts [guides to regulate behavior or thought], and I WILL MEDITATE ON YOUR WONDROUS WORKS.” (Psa. 119:27) Oh Lord, the more we know about your wondrous ways, the more we likely we will live by them. “Give me understanding, that I may keep your law [your awesome word] and observe it WITH MY WHOLE HEART.” (Psa. 119:34) Give me grace to keep and do your word! “Let your steadfast love come to me, O LORD, your salvation according to your promise…for I TRUST IN YOUR WORD.” (Psa. 119:41-42) THANK YOU LORD FOR GIVING ME YOUR “LIVING WORD” LET THE WORD BE ALIVE AND ACTIVE IN ME TODAY!
