HEAR HIM!” (Matt. 17:1-5) 1metamorphoō: to change into another form, to transform.
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that YOU PRESENT YOUR BODIES A LIVING SACRIFICE, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but BE 1TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that YOU MAY PROVE what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Rom. 12:1-2) At 29 years of age (May 17, 1972), I was addicted to drugs and alcohol and the life style that goes along with all that, I was blessed to have a Christian man working with me who requested prayer for me at the Kirkland Church. The Lord saved and sanctified me, I was transformed and delivered from my sinful nature! No withdrawals, it was just as though I never had those addictions, that was indeed a miracle…
“…if anyone is in Christ, HE IS A NEW CREATION; old things have passed away; behold, ALL THINGS HAVE BECOME NEW.” (2 Corin. 5:17)
