He saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John…WITHOUT DELAY…they left…and followed Him. Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach. THE PEOPLE WERE AMAZED AT HIS TEACHING, BECAUSE JESUS TAUGHT THEM AS ONE WHO HAD AUTHORITY, NOT AS THE TEACHERS OF THE LAW…Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.” (Mark 1:16-22, 34)
You see, this was an amazing event, THE WORD OF GOD (Jesus) was preaching THE WORD OF GOD (the bible), so of course, it was POWERFUL AND FULL OF LIFE. “I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True…on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but He himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and HIS NAME IS THE WORD OF GOD.” (Rev. 19:11-13)
IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD, AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD. (John 1:1)
