01-11-19 Loved One’s Devotion ME, WORRY?

My awesome, Grandchildren, and Annika, Kaleigh, Kate, Gavin; whom I love and pray for every day: Chronic worry and emotional stress can trigger many health problems. The problem occurs when “fight or flight” is triggered daily by excessive worrying and anxiety. The fight or flight response causes the body’s sympathetic nervous system to release stress hormones such as cortisol. These hormones can boost blood sugar levels and triglycerides (blood fats) that can be used by the body for fuel. The hormones also cause several physical reactions. If excessive worrying and high anxiety go untreated, they can lead to depression and even suicidal thoughts.  “That is why I tell you NOT TO WORRY ABOUT EVERYDAY LIFE—Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And AREN’T YOU FAR MORE VALUABLE TO HIM THAN THEY ARE? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?(Matt. 6:25-27) We are instructed for our health’s sake to Turn away from evil and do good. SEARCH FOR PEACE, and work to maintain it.(Psalms 34:14) Remember what Isaiah prophesied: For a child is born to us, He will be calledPRINCE OF PEACE.(Isa. 9:6) We have this wonderful promise from the Prince of Peace, PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU; MY PEACE I GIVE YOUDo not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.(John 14:27)

LET’S EXCHANGE OUR WORRY FOR GOD’S PERFECT PEACE (Isaiah 26:3)

Notice: [We must understand that the bible says:] “…DO NOT WORRY ABOUT EVERY DAY LIFE.” !!!That’s for you: Stephanie, Ethan, Camden, Olivia, Aidan, Landon, Kinsley, Annika, Kaleigh, Kate, Gavin…
