My awesome, Grandchildren, and Annika, Kaleigh, Kate, Gavin; whom I love and pray for every day: “God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we could ever ask for or imagine. He does everything by his power THAT IS WORKING IN US.” (Eph. 3:20) Say it with me “IN US!”
The phrase “exceeding abundantly above” comes from a word that means “without limit”. In other words, if we were to think of or ask as lofty a thing as we could imagine, what God can do above that is limitless! There is no way in the English language to mentally grasp what Paul is saying here. That is our awesome God we are talking about.
“You are of God, little children…HE WHO IS IN YOU IS GREATER THAN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD.” (1 John 4:4) Knowing that God lives in us, and that He loves us, should banish all fear from our lives. Fear of failure should have no place. Fear of what other people think should not bother us. Fear of problems that may come up should be of no concern. Why? Because WE HAVE THE ALMIGHTY GOD LIVING IN US!
“…YOU ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD, as God has said, “I WILL DWELL IN THEM and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” (2 Corin. 6:16)
WHERE EVER YOU GO, WHATEVER YOU DO, GOD IS IN YOU…
