My dear brothers and sisters, of FaithLine: This morning as I was praying about what to write, this song came on and the Lord inspired me to write about the Lord opening our eyes! We desperately need to SEE the Lord working in our lives –EVERY DAY-! Jesus said to His followers…
“A little while, and you will see me no longer; and again a little while, and you will see me.” So some of his disciples said “What does he mean by ‘a little while’”? (John 16:16-18)
The Lord created the realm of time for us as humans to live in; we were born, we live each day, then that day is gone and soon it’s over for us. The Lord lives outside of time, so He sees the end of our lives, from the beginning of our lives. That is why He says “I will never leave you or forsake you…” (Heb 13:5) Our creator and maker and the lover of our souls constantly and continuously watches over us, to, “Order our steps in His Word…” (Psa. 119:133)
Open our eyes Lord to see and, “…not fear; for I AM WITH YOU; be not dismayed; for I AM YOUR GOD. I will make you strong; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.” (Isa. 41:10)
THANK YOU LORD THAT WE ARE IN GOOD HANDS…
