My dear brothers and sisters, of FaithLine: “…those who are in the flesh cannot please God. However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, IF INDEED THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELLS IN YOU. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, HE DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM. If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead WILL ALSO GIVE LIFE TO YOUR MORTAL BODIES through His Spirit who dwells in you.” (Rom 8:8-11)

If we are living in the flesh we cannot please God, just like not having faith, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Heb 11:6)

Why is it so important for us to please God? When we give our lives to God by being born again this pleases Him and our names are written in the Book Of Life.“I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne…Another book was opened, which is the book of life…The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life WAS THROWN INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.” (Rev. 20:12-15) This lake of fire will never stop burning…

REPENT AND SUBMIT TO GOD, YOU WILL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE…
