“We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself…Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, IN ORDER TO BRING PRAISE TO GOD.” (Rom 15:1-7)
When we, pray for, help, accept and love one another it brings praise to God. Why should we be so anxious to praise God? “Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights above… Let us all praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; HIS SPLENDOR IS ABOVE THE EARTH AND THE HEAVENS.” (Psa. 148:1, 13)
One extremely important way we may really bless and honor the Lord is by LOVING ONE ANOTHER, not just in words but in our actions. Our loving and accepting one another is a God thing, no matter what the world may do,“…do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order TO PROVE BY YOU WHAT IS THAT GOOD AND PLEASING AND PERFECT WILL OF GOD.” (Rom 12:2)
OUR ACCEPTING ONE ANOTHER BRINGS SPLENDOR TO GOD…
