My awesome, Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: London-based sculptor Ron Mueck, created a realistic sculpture of this young boy and girl using resin, fiberglass, silicone, and many other materials, Mueck is known for constructing very realistic likenesses of human beings. Of course they don’t have the ability to breath the breath of life!
“…the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils THE BREATH OF LIFE; and man became a living being.” (Gen 2:7)
Just as these very life like statues could deceive us into believing they are real, the devil knows that we will not consciously do what he tells us. The devil gives us a substitute way to go as long as it is not God’s way. “All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned TO HIS OWN WAY…” (Isa 53:6)
Jesus said, “I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)
We must follow Jesus in the way and remember…
