Whatever we do will prosper! What a wonderful promise for all whose delight (pleasure) is in the Word of God, and each of us that choose to mediate on this beautiful, wonderful and awesome Word of God…
“Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but WHOSE DELIGHT [extreme satisfaction and immense pleasure] IS IN THE LAW OF THE LORD, and who meditates on his Law [word] DAY AND NIGHT. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither– WHATEVER THEY DO PROSPERS.” (Psa. 1:1-3)
Please Abba Father, order our steps today that we may follow the path that you lead us in!
“Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the LORD. Blessed are those who keep his statutes and SEEK HIM WITH ALL THEIR HEART— they do no wrong but follow his ways.” (Psa. 119:1-3)
Some say they have trouble memorizing the word; that’s not the only way to hide it in our hearts, READ IT, THINK ABOUT IT and SHARE IT!
“How can a young person stay on the path of purity? BY LIVING ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I HAVE HIDDEN YOUR WORD IN MY HEART THAT I MIGHT NOT SIN AGAINST YOU.” (Psa. 119:9-11)
Our obedience to the Word pleases our Lord and Saviour to the point where He wants to show himself to us — WOW!
“Whoever has my commands AND KEEPS THEM is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and SHOW MYSELF TO THEM.” (John 14:21, 15:9-12)
IF WE KEEP HIS COMMANDS, WE WILL REMAIN IN HIS LOVE!
