“Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, PREPARED AS A BRIDE BEAUTIFULLY DRESSED FOR HER HUSBAND. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! GOD’S DWELLING PLACE IS NOW AMONG THE PEOPLE, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, WOULD I HAVE TOLD YOU that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also MAY BE WHERE I AM. You know the way to the place where I am going.” (John 14:1-4)
