[You Abba Father have given commandment to save us – You have arranged our escape, and have ordered your angels to guard us.]
“For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” (Psa. 91:11-12)
[Evil spirits may attempt to injure us; but they will not be able. The angels of God shall have the responsibility to go along with us, DEFEND us, and PRESERVE us; the influence of evil spirits CANNOT PREVAIL AGAINST US. The angles of God, turn our steps out of the way of danger; the will ward it off when it comes in our path; and minister to us as a child of God, and as inheritors of salvation.]
“How great are your works, LORD, how profound [great and intense are] your thoughts!” (Psa. 92:5)
[How great are your works! – They are innumerable, astonishing, and marvelous: and YOUR THOUGHTS ARE VERY INSIGHTFUL – so profound and not to be understood by our human understanding, but how we so greatly appreciate each of your thoughts toward us! Jesus, you taught us in our battle with the enemy that:]
“20you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. “21But this kind [of power to defeat the enemy] does not go out EXCEPT BY PRAYER AND FASTING.” (Matt. 17:20-21)
[It is interesting that many translations leave this last statement (verse 21) out of the bible, why? Our access to the awesome power of God is by “FAITH” the devil knows this and will go about any means to keep us from accessing this power through faith! That’s why prayer and fasting is SO VERY IMPORTANT!!!]
