My awesome, Grandchildren, and Annika, Kaleigh, Kate, Gavin; whom I love and pray for every day: “WALK IN THE SPIRIT, and you SHALL NOT fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another…” (Gal. 5:16-17) WE HAVE A CHOICE in this process. If we choose correctly, the fruits of that Spirit—the results of making correct choices—will give evidence of THE SPIRIT IN US. John says, “…I pray that you may PROSPER IN ALL THINGS, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified OF THE TRUTH THAT IS IN YOU, just AS YOU WALK IN THE TRUTH. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.” (3 John 1:2-4)
Being obedient to God, by walking in the truth, will cause us to prosper, so, the Psalmist teaches us to prayer like this, “TEACH ME YOUR WAY, O LORD; I WILL WALK IN YOUR TRUTH; Unite my heart to fear Your name. I will praise You, O Lord my God, WITH ALL MY HEART, And I will glorify Your name forevermore.” (Psalms 86:11-12) “…for WITHOUT ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING…If you abide in Me, and My words 1abide in you, [1meno: to remain, to continue to be present],
YOU SHALL ASK WHAT YOU WILL, AND IT SHALL BE DONE FOR YOU…(John 15:5-7)
