My awesome, loving and wonderful Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: “If then you have been raised with Christ, SEEK THE THINGS THAT ARE ABOVE, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. SET YOUR MINDS ON THINGS THAT ARE ABOVE, not on things that are on earth. For YOU HAVE DIED, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also WILL APPEAR WITH HIM IN GLORY.” (Col. 3:1-4)
A mindset is defined as a set of assumptions, methods, or notations, these are not necessarily the “things that are above”! The fact is if we are in Christ, the old man has died, and our new man is hidden with Christ in God!
“…let us make ourselves pure from everything that pollutes our bodies and spirits.LET US BE COMPLETELY HOLY. We want to honor God.” (2 Corin. 7:1)
The goal for us from Jesus is that we would live holy lives, in fact that we would be completely holy…
