My awesome, Grandchildren, and Annika, Kaleigh, Kate, Gavin; whom I love and pray for every day: God instructed Ezekiel to speak this prophecy about Satan, “Thus says the Lord GOD: “You were THE SEAL OF PERFECTION…You were in Eden…You were THE ANOINTED CHERUB who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God…You WERE PERFECT IN YOUR WAYS FROM THE DAY YOU WERE CREATED, Till iniquity was found in you…YOU SINNED; Therefore I cast You…Out of the mountain of God…Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty…” (Ezek. 28:12-15, 16, 17) Isaiah speaks this prophecy about Satan’s fall, “HOW YOU ARE FALLEN…O LUCIFER, son of the morning…For YOU HAVE SAID in your heart: ‘I WILL ASCEND into heaven, I WILL EXALT my throne above the stars of God; I WILL ALSO SIT ON THE MOUNT of the congregation…I WILL ASCEND ABOVE the heights of the clouds, I WILL BE LIKE the Most High…Yet (for your blaspheme and irreverence) YOU SHALL BE BROUGHT DOWN TO HELL…” (Isa. 14:12-15)
What is Satan doing now? We are warned by Peter to be, “…sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. RESIST HIM, STANDING FIRM in the faith…” (1 Pet. 5:8-9)
