Jesus was speaking to some Pharisees and teacher’s of the law who asked Him, why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? Jesus replied, “And why do you BREAK THE COMMAND OF GOD for the sake of your tradition? (Matt. 15:3)
Jesus then quoted the scripture from Isaiah to them. So, what are things like today?
“There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— HAVING A FORM OF GODLINESS BUT DENYING ITS POWER. Have nothing to do with such people.” (2 Tim. 3:1-5) “But you, dear friends, by BUILDING YOURSELVES UP in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, KEEP YOURSELVES IN GOD’S LOVE as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.” (Jude 1:20-21) Repent, if needed, and give your all to Jesus…
