My dear brothers and sisters, of FaithLine: “The LORD is gracious and merciful; SLOW TO ANGER AND GREAT IN LOVING-KINDNESS…Your godly ones …shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power; To make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts and the GLORY OF THE MAJESTY OF YOUR KINGDOM. YOUR KINGDOM IS AN EVERLASTING KINGDOM, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations.” (Psa. 145:8-13)
Jesus tells us to pray to our heavenly Father “Your kingdom come” (Matt. 6:10). He also tells us to “SEEK FIRST the kingdom of God and His righteousness” (Matt. 6:33). What is the Kingdom of God that it should be our highest priority in life? The apostle Paul went right to the heart of the matter by explaining that “flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corin. 15:50) Then Jesus said, “People can’t observe the coming of the kingdom of God. You see, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU.” (Luke 17:21)
Just what is it that is in us? “…the kingdom of God is RIGHTEOUSNESS and PEACE and JOY in the Holy Spirit.” (Rom. 14:17) “The kingdom of God…IS POWER.” (1 Corin. 4:20)
So, how do we get into the kingdom of God? “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are BORN AGAIN…Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water [natural birth] and the Spirit [spiritual birth].” (John 3:3, 5)
ABBA FATHER OPEN OUR EYES TO THE GLORIOUS MAJESTY OF YOUR KINGDOM…
