My dear brothers and sisters, of FaithLine: Jesus said to the woman at the well, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him WILL NEVER THIRST. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water SPRINGING UP INTO EVERLASTING LIFE.” (John 4:13-14) Jesus entered into conversation with a Samaritan woman (the Jews normally have no dealings with Samaritans) and revealed things to her about herself which caused her to think He was a prophet. Then Jesus said to her, “…the hour is coming, and NOW IS, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for THE FATHER IS SEEKING SUCH TO WORSHIP HIM. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him MUST WORSHIP IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH.” (John 4:23-24) Then she says, I know that Messiah is coming. “Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you AM HE.“ (John 4:26)
Jesus reveals Himself to this woman explaining to her that she will never again thirst but will enjoy everlasting life for God is seeking worshipers!
WE MUST WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH…
