My awesome, loving and wonderful Grandchildren, and Annika and Kaleigh, whom I love and pray for every day: “When Jesus got out of the boat, a man with an impure spirit came from the tombs to meet him…NO ONE COULD BIND HIM ANYMORE, NOT EVEN WITH A CHAIN. For he had often been chained hand and foot, but he tore the chains apart and broke the irons on his feet.” (Mark 5:2-4)
Some very bad things had happened to this man, he was about to encounter Jesus, who is capable to do whatever needs to be done…
“He shouted at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God” For Jesus had said to him, “COME OUT OF THIS MAN, you impure spirit!” (Mark 5:7-8)
Jesus commanded these demons to come out, so, what could they do but come out…
“…THE IMPURE SPIRITS CAME OUT and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned…they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, DRESSED AND IN HIS RIGHT MIND…”(Mark 5:13, 15)
Jesus told us, “Go and do likewise.”
YOU SEE, JESUS IS CALLED “THE PRINCE OF PEACE”
